  1. I feel that an idea for a podcast is the importance of professionalism in Early Childhood Education. The blogs and the pod casts for early childhood professionals are an excellent source for all early childhood educators. The owners, directors, managers, instructors and assistants all need to understand the importance of seeing themselves and others as professionals. We are laying the foundation for all future education for the children we teach. Teaching children social skills and academic skills.
